you want to convert the mp3 player to have a radio function?
Best bet is to just get a seperate radio.
I can imagine a gadget to "get it to tune into the radio".
It either has a radio or it doesnt.
Mini radios are dirt cheap - you'll probably pick a free promotional one somewhere.

However, I think you may be looking for a device you can send a signal so that your mp3 player contents can be picked up under a frequency on the radio? (thus letting you use your hi-fi / car radio?".
Such devices are banned here in Ireland, but can be found. I think the ipods gadget is called the "itrip".
