Transcript of Results

Are you supposed to receive a transcript of your results by post or do you have to pay for them using the R-23 form? The R-23 form says that the results are posted you (I didn't receive any this year so far) but I have some vague memory of an email earlier in the year saying they weren't going to post out results any more.

Can someone clarify the situation for me?

afaik, you get them posted when you pass your exams ( ie if you passed all of htem in june you get the posted in late june/juli)
i know they defo post them to ya at some stage. if you didnt get them , might be cause your addy is wrong, or they held them back bc you might had repeats
if you are sure everything is right, email them , im sure they ll be cooperative


forgot to mention: if you want results from previous years, you ll have to use the form you said, but i know that you get the results for the current year ( ie last years ) posted at some stage!
dont loose them tho.its so expensive to get them again

You get what's basically a certificate of passing when you pass everything...

That's the only transcript of results you're going to get afaik

what about for a taught masters where there's a project in the summer?

Ive just finshed my taught masters but havent got anything in the post.

I'm gonna hand in that R23 form at some stage this week.

For taught masters, your results so far are provisional. That's why you haven't received anything in the post. Your provisional results + repeat results + practicum/summer project marks need to be all approved before the transcript is issued.
