    Hi,

Looking for a pair of light blue bootcut jeans. Had a nice pair before but ripped them and am looking to replace them. Anyone know where I could get a pair?

Have up to about €80 to spend.

Try the Tommy Hilfiger store (Town or Dundrum Town Centre), they've still quite alot of sale items and you might find a nice pair for quite cheap.

River Island only had the pre-ripped stuff last time I was there and I nearly put my foot through one of the said holes the other day.

On those grounds, provided the Autumn lines or whatever haven't arrived, I'd say Jack Jones.

Might try River Island. Got a pair before in Jack & Jones and wasn't happy with them.

They'd be more than 80 though wouldn't they?

Around 125-150 was the going rate last time I was in there.

Someone told me to try Motion Picture in the Ilac. I went in there though and all they seem to have is dodgy, cheap looking Crosshatch stuff?

Ended up getting a pair of pre-ripped in River Island for 64 yoyos. Am very happy with them but will have to be careful as grimloch said :)

I'd put them on sitting down to be safe. I wouldn't say it takes too much to detach entire lengths of the trousers from the knee down.

Don't EVER wear them when you're drunk. I managed to rip through an entire section on a pair of mine. I was walking down a hill, my foot slipped, I kind of knelt down and*RIIIIIIIIP*. Any tension at all at the rips and the threads over it will just be gone. When you're drunk you're not as careful and the morning after you'll notice all the threads just coming undone. You'll get a couple of wears out of them before the tears are for real.

I hope I get more than a couple of wears, they were feckin €64!

My thoughts exactly when I ripped through mine the third time I wore them. I got mine from River Island too. Just be careful with them and you'll be fine though.

Grand but just after thinking, I threw out the feckin washing instructions yesterday when I was cleaning out my room.

I don't fancy this at all. I often go out during the day at college and come home marginally drunk to change and go back out. This doesn't bode well for those jeans.

Ah I reckon you'll be grand, as long as you exercise a bit of caution. Just don't change standing up when you're likely to lose your balance.
