right, i wanna give one of those brazillian waxes a go. i find shaving awkward and dislike stubble, and the hair removal cream tends to sting.

i was wondering could someone recommend a good place to try for the first time. i'm gonna be well nervous, the idea of showing it all off to a stranger is really odd and im looking for somewhere friendly that can put me at ease. i want to avoid any kind of classy or snobby place, getting your hair cut somewhere like that is bad enough, never mind getting waxed.

any recommendations or tips for the first time? how much should i be paying, its about 50-70euro isn't it?

You dont have to show everything off... they put a towel over your bits and work around it...

If you're getting a brazilian or a hollywood wax, you gotta show everything I'm afraid. The only way they can remove ALL the hair is to have access to everything! If tiz a bikini wax you want, then you can wear your pants or something, but for a brazilian, they remove all the hair except the strip.

It's not that bad, I'd recommend www.urbanwax.com Get a hot wax, because it's better for sensitive skin. You gotta do a patch test as well 24-48 hours before you get the wax done. The peeps at Urban Wax are really good, they know that tiz sore, and they do their best to make it as painless as possible. And they also have a TV in each room showing all the episodes of Sex and the City, so it keeps your mind off the waxing!

Oh and tiz about 65 for the hot wax I think!
