Wana meet up on game jet Tuesday night at 8pm???

After Broken arow sugested a meet last Thursday and people couldent come on or were getting kicked. WHy not we all go on to the game jet server where we cant get kicked and we have control of the server. Im thinking this Tuesday at 20:00 should be good and we all go on to 83.147.161.92:28961 that one is working fine. It is the normal cod server and if all goes well can try the UO server out at 20:00 on thursday.

We could try make these regular game nights mixing UO with real normal COD to keep all happy.

What say you lot. Also i`ll try to get some of the 1st IB lads to come along make a game of it.

Tuesday should be fine for me (no girls, rugby, tennis or golf planned ) so count me in!!! Would be nice if the [G.F.F] lads could join also!

Well we could got GFF any night and have a good game but the point here is two fold. To test out the game jet server and to play normal cod not UO. GFF is busy most nights anyway and theres always a good game on there. We can set the game jet server to any mode we want on the night. Also it is an irish server so we will get a little better on the o`l ping count.

I agree with Spooky on that one. I usually go have a game on [G.F.F] and it's always a good laugh ! But I'd like to have a go at normal CoD with the boards.ie lads also...

Yeah was a great turn out lads. We had the server full for almost an hour 22 places. I hope no one was trying to get on when it got full as we got started a little earlier than planed and I got a good few of the 1st_IB boys to jion up also. So for onece Steph wasent top scorer. I`ll post up a screen shot later when I get my webspace password reset.

So when and where are we doing something similar to this? To the {1st-IB} clan: do you want to organise a S&D session on your server perhaps (I'd be into that!)?

good to put a voice to the text! TDM is a bit of laugh and a happy medium for all ! I'm not a reg cod player but the 1st-IB server has S&D everynight and they play match allot too!! hop in any night steph I'm sure your sharp shooting skills would be welcomed!

Was only on for a minute or 2 at the start around 8pm, had to go out with the g/f to the real world!! Looked like a nice busy Irish server and lotsa fun. Came back at 9.30pm and youse had all disappeared... lightweights eh, bah!?

Lets do it again with TDM/Dom/HQ (running would be good too)

ps. Later last night I played a new base assualt map, german vs russian in the snow but big with 3 bridges and a frozen riverbed...was good crack. Think its a beta map.

Hi Drap! I know you were on TS last night but there were so many of you connected that I don't even know if I heard you speak! I'm glad I proved I wasn't a bot though!

Can somebody please confirm the {1st-IB} server IP is indeed 217.158.176.26:28960? If you play S&D I'll be connecting quite a bit (except if the realsim MOD upsets me of course!).

Perhaps next time we gather up we should have a UO session with a little bit of S&D / HQ / TDM instead of only TDM? Who wants to volunteer and work on the map/gametype rotation?

Ya, that ip is correct Stephano.

The server is not pure S&D anymore, although most of the map config is. There are 1 or 2 maps of headquaters thrown in there along with, i think 1 or 2 maps of TDM, but roughly 7-8 maps of S&D.


BTW, nice playing with ye all the other night, was a bit of a laugh.

I doubt the realism mod will upset you to much on the 1st-ib server. The main differnence is Nade cooking ( I think nades are usless with out it ) , shooting weapons out of hands and shell shock. Other than that is is the same. The server is mostly SnD and the head quarters just makes a nice change to break it up.

BtW I know we were all gone by 9:30 but we are not as light weight as you think we did get started at 7:15. I know we said 8pm but I poped on early so there would be some one on the server when the rest jioned and before I knew it there was a kicking game running. So we are not that much a light weight.
