Banks are open 5 days a week (check relevant website fpr branch open hours)
Credit unions maybe more (check locally for details)

Barbers/Hairdressers are an example of a business that does close on mondays (Because they are open on Saturday and still want 2 days off a week)

Most main Branches open Monday-Friday.

In the past, branches in small rural towns and Villages might have reduced opening hours, but they closed a lot of these...

A lot of branches are 'closed for training' for an hour/few hours on certain weekdays.
