Will this: http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=307912&cks=SPK support my PC?

Here are the controllers I have:
IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers - Intel 82801EB Ultra ATA Storage Controllers x2
    Primary/Secondary IDE Channel

If it does support it, how do I go about connecting them? Is it different then connecting the normal HDD's? Iv connected and added hardware before but not to sure about this one.

Nope. The controler you listed is a regular parallel ATA (IDE) controller. SATA disks use much smaller interface cables and power connectors, not to mention the differen chipset required on your motherboard/add-in card.

Can you recommend a HDD of Komplett @ 200GB that would support my PC?

This is the same drive as above, just with an IDE interface: http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=307909&cks=PRL

OK sweet. Thanks man. Can you explain to me what the sizes mean - is it just size for how much space or does the size have other affects to?

You're looking for an IDE drive, any of these will more than likely work.

Make sure your PSU is up to powering it (are you using more than one HDD in the pc?)

Look at how the other HDD is hooked up or have a gander at the guide here

When you buy a 200GB drive you won't have 200GB actually available to you, as hard disk manufacturers define one megabyte differently to the rest of us, plus you will also have a small amount of overhead from the filesystem you are using. A 200GB drive will probably give you about 187GB of actual storage.
The 3.5" refers to the physical size of the drive. PC's use 3.5" IDE/SATA (or if you're really swanky, SCSI) disks, laptops use 2.5" disks.
