campsite tickets are sold out - will we be able to camp in the carpark or anywhere nearby? do any of the locals offer campsite grounds?

AND if we're camping in the car park - does anyone know if they'll let us back there during the day so we can drink our supplies? most important consideration!

Oh probably by playing Evanescence through a PA system in the car park? Or hoses... lots of hoses.

Odds are they wont mind though. The numbers are so much lower than Oxegen that you will definetly get away with anything youd get away with in Oxegen and then some.

I dunno... they might let all the fun and games go on in the camping area, but I'd say they could well put an end to your day parking fun.

i phoned the number on the website & asked & they said they'll be clearing out the day car park every night - which freaked me out cos that's where we'll be sleeping for 2 nights cos we've no choice!

BUT........if we are both hammered drunk, who is going to force us to get behind the wheel & drive???

i'd say they just said that cos they can't encourage it - but they can't physically force us out unless they tow us - in which case we could have a snooze while they tow us

I'm planning to sleep in the Car Park too. I'd be surprised if they went to the trouble of clearing the car parks. Too much hassle.

And besides, any gig I've ever been to I've never seen them clear the car parks. I'd say you're right about them just not encouraging you to do so over the phone.
