Went to play CSS and its got this flicker in it, like the flicker you'd get from turning off vertical sync, if you know what i mean. So i thought maybe my neaphew was messing and clicked something, but i can't find vertical sync as an option in the ATI controls (first ati card!).

I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled, but its still happening. Im starting to think it could be the monitor.

Any advice please?
