Ladbrokes Poker ~ What do you think of it?

Anybody here got an account on Ladbrokes? How do you rate them? Compared to VC or PPP for example?

In particular their STT and MTTs for HoldEm...

Does pokertracker work with the ladbrokes software?

The software on Ladbrokes ias the same as at prima. The structure for the MTT's is a lot better on Ladbrokes than on VC/PPP. Structure wise STT's are quite good (better than party, but worse than PS). The standard is usually harder than most other sites too. There's some nice MTT FO's on in the evenings too which is obviously different than VC/PPP.

Pokertracker works but you need to download an ODBC connecter for the database of HH's. Have a look at the PT website (info is relating to both Prima and Ladbrokes)

Theres a nice 75 FO at midnight 10k Guaranteed about 200 runners, the best thing is the ladbrokes one acc, if you havent already got a ladbrokes acc go into the shop and open one of these, you get a swipe card that can be used for dialabet, online, poker and inshop betting and you can lodge and withdraw with it, unfortunately if you already have a poker account you cant open a new one.

Also Im steaming with laddies at the moment, I have a sterling account and apparently when I lodged money into the shop it went in in sterling ie I lodge 200 euro and it lodged 200stg, I obviously didnt notice, then they sent me an email saying they were charging me for their mistakes so my account is now at -600stg

i think Ladbrokes is ok actually

on a whim i lodged a small amount money through one of their shops about 2 weeks ago and i've been doing well enough at micro limit (0.10/0.20) cash games

it's not as nice to use as BetFair or PokerRoom but it not bad. havn't played any tournaments to mention (apart from a turbo stt which was a pain in the arse)

I've been using it for a while now and find it good. The standard is the same rubbish players as everywhere else on the micro limits, but can get exponentially better as you move up.
I like the trimmed down interface that doesnt have any bells and whistles like avatars and stuff that just get distracting for me.
Also the text bar on the rhs is very handy as all the actions of each player and the cards dealt scroll here so you dont have to load up a hand history after big hands etc..
Aslo they have updated their MTT structure in the last few weeks with some good freezouts added in the evenings.
And finally theres also the ever lingering dream of hitting a streak of cards in one of their big sattellites to pick up a seat on the Caribbean Cruise in Jan (worth 11k).

How does the difference between €200 & £200 work out to £600? No wonder they can afford to subsidise the Poker Million

Note the use of "ie" I would have lodged money 3 or 4 times, but how would I notice I was playing in dollars

Another problem, I won a tournament just after Cheltenham and wanted to withdraw a few quid, they were all cleaned out and one place had been robbed so I couldnt cash out, I was on my way to the airport to go to the Gutshot at the time aswell so I wasnt happy

I just don't like the Ladbrokes skin, played on it for a long time at the start of the year and the standard is a lot better than most of the other sites I have played on.
If they improve the interface I would play a lot more(although they have some good features like find a player etc.)
