Has anyone ever been stumped when it come's to buying presents,

If you have REALISTIC ideas for presents post them here, not stupid things like socks or ferrari's

    and we don't need spoilers.

    Get thinking

    Just a suggestion...

If you want realistic ideas, then give an idea of your target market? Are you buying for a bf/gf/mum/dad/brother/sister/aunt/uncle? What age? What interests?

Cos I have a gran who loves a pair of socks, and my brother needs a new Ferrari...

tbh, if you want realistic gift ideas, ask people who know the person you want to get presents for.

It's pointless asking on here considering people don't know who the present is for.

Nothing worse than a present that has no thought behind it imho.

well i think most people would have a fair idea what i mean by realistic present is and i don't think a ferrari is

idea like mp3 players, kitchen appliances, jumpers,
not stupid cliche presents that people put up for the hell of writing something

No, it wasn't. So why couldn't you open an Argos catalogue and do one up yourself? Would you like us to wrap the present for you as well?

because the point of this thread was that some people out there may have ideas of presents that i may never think of or may not be in a argos catalogue

The new argos catalogue is like a phone book.
Has a whole section on his/her gifts, oddball stuff like driving rally cars, plane lessons at reasonable prices.

cdwow have 20% off if you use the dodgy link in bargain alerts in the shop section

    band of brothers

Saw an ad for a new golf game for the PS2...it looks like you control it by doing the actual swinging motion, with special gloves on or something. Cant remember the name of it, just thought your da might like it since he is so into golf.

Also, you could buy him a round of golf on a course he's never played on. (www.teetimes.ie) Could be nice for a change.

Wow...my post is quite helpful considering I know nothing about golf and have never played it! I rock.
