Asus Update (which includes the MyLogo2 program)
You may as well get the most recent bios version for the P4C800 if you are doing this.
Be careful that it is definitely the P4C800 you have and not similarly named boards like the P4C800-E which may not work with the bios I linked above.
You will need to use an 8bit (256colours) 640x480 image for the logo.

thanks!!! thats exactly what i was looking for! Its definitely a p4c800. Is there any windows applications that will show cpu temp from this board do you know of? It looks like I have bad air flow through my system (GPU temp keeps rising).

    Motherboard Monitor should work.

Asus have their own temps/volts/fan monitoring proggie as well caled PC Probe. A lot of the Asus download links on their various sites seem to be 404s but this one for PC Probe was still ok when I tried it just now .
Another popular program for this sort of thing though not specific to any make of board is Speedfan which you will find here
