    I'm refusing to read the charter on religous grounds. I think it is an infringment of my religious and civil rights.

    I only actually read the charter a few weeks back when i had nothing to do...i spent a whole year on AH without it

    If you use your common sense there's no need for a charter....but around here yeah there definitely is!

    I've had a look in the past, but I think it is like small print or terms and conditions etc., insofar as people rarely read them. People just come in and post. It is human nature.

    Hum interesting... e.g so like your account for a particular forum won't be unlocked until you have read the charter

    Maybe base it on online contracts where you must have scrolled through the conditions before your allowed onto the next step
