I want to go to it but the tickets are too pricey for my current budget. i know TCD students can get free tickets but I'm not quite a student yet! I'm going to be a JF in TCD in October, does that mean I can get a free pass like the rest of you?

you will need your student code, you might be able to get it from records.

student id's are the same as cao numbers for undergrad students in tcd, though its probally too late and the id might not be valid for the festival

I'll be going to a lot of the events. If you see a handsome man, walk over and say hello.

I don't think you quite understand, John2 was suggesting that he was the handsome man in question. There is no other man.

The :p indicates that i may not have been entirely serious with that statement. I wonder, have i lived down my 'accosting crash in a pub circa the Date Crash debacle' incident enough to safely agree that John2 is, indeed, a handsome man?

Christ can nobody pick up sarcasm?!

For those of you who didn't get it: Cuckoo was being sarcastic. I pretended to not catch that and sarcastically replied playing the "What's a murder?" role. It was double sarcasm.

Fecking eejits. Sometimes I wish I wasn't among such mortal creatures :D.

Just to cover my ass, please note this is sarcasm too.
