    Anyone else think RTE missed the boat not having an ad break in the middle of this programme? It runs straight for 45 mins - no breaks.

    With the ratings (670,000 for second episode - anyone have last nights figure??) as they are surely RTE have missed out big time. Or do you think Eddie stipulated no ads in the middle?

    Interesting question: advertisers may have been doubtful of the value of the programming, or may have thought that it would have been an inappropriate association, to add to your theories.

    I'd have loved to have seen "Centra: for the way you live today" in the middle of the groceries order one. Heh.

    just thought the exact same.
    People who watch it will be in the mindset that everyone is out to rip them off and will be somewhat hostile towards some companies, and to anyone promising them "savings".
    That'll probably put off many from looking for slots here.
    Well... maybe all except for Pampers :D
