Thought all you PS players might be interested in this. This is a database of every player's tournament results going back to 13/12/2004. Great! Now I can remind myself over and over how much I suck at online tournaments.

Sweet, but why would someone make this database?

    Total Winnings: $1,118
    Total Final Tables: 0

    Date Tournament/Event Place Winnings
    06/03/2005 Hold'em NL $10 132 $13
    05/11/2005 Hold'em NL $5 78 $11
    04/24/2005 Hold'em NL $500 95 $1,043
    12/28/2004 Hold'em NL $20 13 $51

I take it they dont count sattelites and private tournies then

Because some people are just nerds who want to keep track of everything they've won, ehhh like me. Mind you I rarely play tournaments so I guess its not so bad.

    Total Winnings: $1,488
    Total Final Tables: 4

Check out Hamman and Riverloser's results. Sick.

Brainwash has a nice history too...phew!!

that's a nice couple months work!

Yes I can understand why people would want to keep track of their own records, but the entire ps world, HEAT isnt doing too badly either, that riverloser must play 24/7

I was at his table when he got his big result in the 500 game, decent player but seem to remember him getting incredibly lucky to win it

Pity it doesn't count your outlay and actual profit as the amount won doesn't really mean alot on the broad scale of things. I'm down in MTTs for the year.
Nice DB all the same and must take a **** load of storage space and time to maintain. Valuable to have an idea as to how much people play how well they do. Where did you hear about this Nicky?

Yeah Exactly. I am about even or slightly down if anything in PS MTTs. Id' love to know what the net profit is for the guys at the top of the TLB. Some of them are brilliant players but I think others are just guys who play 24/7 and probably don't end up making that much. I saw this here....

I ended up sandwiched between Riverloser and JohnnyBax (WPT event winner) on Full Tilt last month. "TABLE CHANGE PLEASE!!!!" Needless to say I was lucky to end up in the top 50% of the field. It was a god damn bloodbath.

Gigabet actually doesn't play as Gigabet on stars, or at least hasn't played as it until this month(while trying to win the PS leaderboard prop bet). He's gone by Evenkeal and darrell77 as far as i know, and for those who don't know, he's rated on 2+2 as the best SnG player in the world. His views on the game still blow me away.

Whats his name on 2+2? Have you any links to his posts?

True. I didn't think there would be too many people here that would be familiar with the Gank/Gigabet bet so I didn't mention it. He played the first half of the month as Darrell77 and then PS got wind of the bet and asked him to use his Gigabet account for the PR value. This all started when El Capitano won the Sunday biggie. This is Marcel Luskes account but it was actually Noah Boeken playing and now "Team Holland" are playing 24/7 under El Capitano to win the TLB bet. It looks like JJProdigy has it sewn up though. He's a machine (as opposed to a bot!!!)

    Very entertaining stuff.

    Props to Amaru.

I think he actually means the gigabet posts, check these two, they're some of his most famous

Almost there with Success and Failure

    and
    The Gigabet Dilemma

Thats hardly fair, is it? He's just one guy, how can he compete against a whole team of people playing around the clock? If i was Gigabet, i'd be looking for a technicality on this one. I hope its a single guy who beats him.

Damn. These posts were to be the subject of my next blog entry and an article for my 500th post on boards. Amaru, a man with his finger on the pulse of online poker. :D

Also, this is a great read if you don't mind dissecting hand histories. Its a 15000 buyin SnG played by Gigabet (in this case Evenkeal), first prize being 100k, which he naturally took. Its a masterpiece in position play and table image.

    Step 5 higher

The best part? He's also multitabling 2 other very high stakes tournaments as he's playing it!

Thanks for the links, Amaru. I've actually read some of his stuff on 2+2 (none of your links), but I didn't know he's rated as good as this.

Slightly off-topic, how is ZeeJustin rated in the SNG world? (real name Justin Bonomo). He's only 19, but I find his technical knowledge of the game to be really good. I think his bread and butter is the $200 SNGs.
