2nd interview

    I'm on a role today with all the threads i'm startin in this forum!! :)

    Well, i have a 2nd interview for a job tomorrow and i'm not sure what to expect as none of my previous jobs required a 2nd interview, i don't know what kind of questions to expect etc..

    Will they go into my cv again, asking for more details on that? Should i expect any kind of tests or role playing or any of that lark? Would they have checked my references at this point already?

    It's a customer service based role, they've already asked me if i'm given the job when could i start, i took this as a good sign, is the 2nd interview just a formality?

    1st interviews are generally held by the Human Resource Dept, then the 2 intreview is held by the manager of the dept that you'll be working in. Its a good sign anyway,i don't think it'll be too tough but don't let your guard down.

    Prob wont be much CV stuff in that interview

    My first interview was with 2 people, one was definitely the manager of the sales dept, i'm pretty sure the other guy was a manager too, i don't think they were with HR.

    I won't be letting my guard down anyway, i need this job to get me out of the hole i'm in atm..
