public liability insurance

    Could anyone tell me if you need public liability insurance if you rent out bouncy castles to people in their own homes. If so, where can you get this insurance and how much is it likely to be. Also, are those sheets that people sign saying that they are doing an activity at their own risk actually law abiding or are they not worth the paper that they are written on. Thanks
