    Just a general wonderingment........

    What am i entitled to if i don't give any notice to my current employer? I know i loose any holiday pay i'm owed but do i loose my backweek too?

    Legally you can't lose any holiday pay you have built up.

    well yeah, 2 weeks, but i knew that already.. Just wondering what happens if i don't give notice?

    I don't know if this is of any help but here is some info from Oasis - it says you can waive your right to notice but this must be in agreement with your employer.

    I can only suggest then that if there is no agreement, then you'll probably get nothing - I ain't a soliciter though!
