if it was me i'd buy the person something they would use, i wouldn't buy them a voucher as i believe vouchers are kind of meh i couldn't find you anything so i took the easy way out.

Ok its a boy, budget say up to 100, interests football, motorbikes, rap, r'n'b and that. But that stuffs expected, looking for something unpredictable.

In my opinion, **** rap and r'n'b.
If he likes a particular football team, look on ebay to see if you can get him something old and rare (this is the retro board after all?). I know nothing about bikes, so I'm not sure what you can buy him that would be good for under €100.
