Quad LNB broken?

I posted the message below on DS Technical. but didn't get much info -

I use all four outputs of my quad LNB. Two for Sky+ and two for other boxes. One of the digiboxes is saying "No satellite signal received". This started as an intermittent problem that would fix itself, but has now become permanent.

I switched digiboxes and got the same message with a different box on the same feed. So the digibox is not the problem. I checked the connection on the LNB and it looks fine and there are no cuts or kinks in the cable.

So my question is - is it possible for one output of a quad LNB to be broken while the rest are working fine ?

    Thanks for any help.

Thanks Tony. I had a feeling it would be you who'd come up with the answer.
