    hey does anyone know were i would find fresh mint for cocktails??thanks

    If you're prepared to wait a while, you could grow your own. Mint grows very easily and requires little care, but I would suggest growing it in a pot rather than in the garden as it can go a bit wild and you'll end up with mint all over the place.

    Most of the supermarkets sell mint and other herbs in plant form, already grown, so it's fresh whenever you need to use some.

    Tesco nearly always have it. Have a scout around the fruit & veg section. They'll either have it in a packet for about a E1, or they might actually also have growing plants.

    I love mojito's by the way, abolutely yummy
