floppy trouble

ok basically im trying to get redhat 6.22 to boot from floppy since it wont boot from cd. All the floppy i have Antiexe virus is in the MBR if i format it the disk it becomes unusable if i dont i cant write to disk whats wrong??????

Wipe the MBR by writing zeros to the drive

I think Seagate Tools can do non-seagete drives
