    Some general info needed.

Wheres the best place to buy a single dual layer dvd-R disk?
    They`re E40 for 5disks on komplett

Ps: What dual burner would ye reccommend, i see a laptop one on komplett for E85, or a normal desktop Nec for E46. Would my crap 1gig athlon, 384ram pc cope with a dual drive, or shud i put the lappy burner for E85 in my cantrino 1.5M lappy??
    Cheers! :)

http://svp.co.uk/ are always worth checking for media.
not sure about the best dual layer discs though...

and i doubt a 1.5 centrino would be much better than a 1ghz athlon tbh...
and seeing as dual layer writing will be restricted to stupidly slow speeds, you won't have any bother burning a dual layer disc on a lower specced machine.

i'd recommend nec drives without hesitation. had mine since november and it hasn't burned a coaster yet. dead quiet when burning at 8x too :)

you'd be better off just using dvdshrink and single layer discs though
