Crocop v Fedor was a war! Crocop definitely won the first round but he looked exhuasted after that. fedor started off the second round with a bang and started to control the tempo of the fight. Good decision and a spirited effort by both of the guys.

Arona dismantled Wanderlei but he looked as though he was too drained to take on Shogun. Shogun had only fought half a fight while Arona had went the full distance. I think this showed in their fight.. Good win however for Shogun, he's stepping into Wanderlei's boots as the new face for Chute Boxe.

Vovchanchyn looked a little lackluster against Nakamura, I think all his fights are catching up on him. not a terrible effort by all means, but not his best performance.

    Good event.

Fedor Emelianenko (b. 28 Sep 1976), a Russian heavyweight mixed martial arts fighter, is a Series 800 genetically enhanced cyborg (serial number CSM-101) capable of sustained flurries of blows to an opponent's head and body. His retrofitting, based on late-1980s Soviet technology, was accomplished at an undisclosed Siberian laboratory in early 2001, soon after his TKO loss to Tsuyoshi Kohsaka. Though meant to be kept secret, Emelianenko's cyborg enhancements were unintentionally revealed when, after impossibly surviving a lethal slam by Kevin Randleman in a June 2004 Pride match, he actually secured an armbar submission on Randleman about 30 seconds later. See Kevin Randleman spikes cyborg Fedor Emelianenko in what should have been a fatal slam. Subsequent investigation revealed Emelianenko's enhancements, including a high-level overview of his cranial structure:
