I've heard alot of good stuff about this Kerry team .... hope we can put in a good performance.

It's a reasonable Mayo team as well, were robbed against Galway in Connaught Final so here's hoping ..... :o

Well done to Mayo, they nearly threw it away at the end though.

Had the Kerry player fisted the ball over the bar in the dying seconds rather than attempting to score a goal it would've drawn. Anyway best of luck to Mayo, i won't deny them their victory god knows Kerry have beaten them enough for a lifetime. I hope they stop the March of Down, which i expect being another Ulster team will be more vomit inducing stuff.

Shows what you know. Down are a fine football team, and their number 11 is the best minor player I have seen this year so far. They should have beaten an Armagh team (that were clones of their seniors) in the Ulster final. Missed a penalty and some easy chances in the second half, very like Kerry today.

Fair play to Mayo, gutsy display against a team of better players. Kerry's attitude was piss poor, and Mayo clearly wanted it more for the first 55 minutes. Crap penalty and some woeful wides for Kerry. The number 14 looked a good player, and some of their subs looked far more effective than the starters.

A little patronising I think. I thought Kerry had a couple of sparkling jewels like any Kerry team, but overall Mayo were the better team.

Shaky at the end for sure, big psychological barrier for Mayo to beat Kerry, alot of damage done by the Kingdom to us over the last 10 years so the whistle came just in time.

Some good natural forwards as well ..... Allelujah.
U-21 final last year, and minor final this year .... we have the players for an assault on Sam for the next 5 years or so, we just need a good manager !!

It was great to see Mayo win and at least Kerry lost one game on the day. I hope Mayo win the final. The county needs it.

Patronising? That was my opinion as a neutral. You're right, Mayo were the better team, and all credit to them. There was a lot about them that reminded me of Armagh (the good points!), i.e. hard tackling, well organised defence, making the most of their opportunities etc.

Wrt to your senior team needing a manager, the minor manager said 'no way' after the game yesterday :) .
