hello everyone im really new at this fourm i was reconmened by a friend i was wondering if any body knew what is the best way the make a small photo on my pc bigger like to fit a wallpaper without loosing the quailty in the photo or if this is even possible do i need really large programmes to do this or whatever or even…

im really new at this fourm i was reconmened by a friend

i was wondering if any body knew what is the best way the make a small photo on my pc bigger like to fit a wallpaper without loosing the quailty in the photo

or if this is even possible
do i need really large programmes to do this or whatever or even if you can give the pic to some one and they will do it for you

did u take the photo? if u want to do this u have 2 take the pic at super high quality (resolution) on ur camera.... sud be good enuf to fill ur screen as a wallpaper....
