Not sure if 100% right forum but I think it will do. Company where I work use a TV for teleconferencing..so question, do they need a TV licence for it?
The TV in question is obviously not used for receiving TV pictures and it doesn't even have an aerial connected...but I assume a TV is a TV is a TV and they should have a licence due to it being physically present on the premises???

If it is capable of receiving and processing television signals broadcast over radio waves (once you stuck an ariel in) then you need a license.

    Yep...

We keep an old set around the office here that is used sometimes for training purposes. It's never set up to receive a TV signal.. but we still have to get a licence each year for it.

    It is. Radios aren't covered.
