Sanding floors

I have two rooms and a small hallway to sand and varnish. I can varnish myself but does anyone know the approx cost of getting a professional to sand the floors? North Dublin area. I would consider doing it myself only that I've heard from multiple sources that it's soul destroying work and that it's not worth the savings…
