Trying to track down a film

Hey,

I'm trying to track down a short film based on a book. I believe it's a Danish book/film and it's about two guys who meet up on a bridge where they're both about to commit suicide. They get talking and decide not to kill themselves, and instead travel around the country in a van trying to talk others out of suicide.

I heard it may have been shown on Channel4 recently, but I can't track it down at all.

newgrange, that is actually the short film I was looking for.

Not sure if it's to do with the original book I was thinking of, it's hard to tell from the synopsis, but fingers crossed!
