It is shaped like Ken's head and you hang it from a tree in the garden to attract the little birdies. There is also an Andy Black version.

Instead of paying €10 to play that tournment, you play a MTT for €1, for each €10 in prize money there is a seat in the Ken D tourney, instead of money.
