Raked Hand query

Can someone tell me what a raked hand counts as?? If I am first to play and i fold, does that count as a raked hand or does a rake hand only count when i put money into the pot and the site makes money out of the hand??

Different sites have different rules relating to what amounts to a raked hand.

I think Party counts any hand you are dealt cards where the pot is raked regardless of whether you contribute to the pot or not.

Whereas Bet365 Poker (possibly the same with Ladbrokes poker) counts any hand where you are dealt cards and the rake is more than .25c. (but again regardless of whether you contribute to the pot or not.)
