Chorus is a pay tv Cable and MMDS service.
If you want to talk about how to receive it without paying for it this thread will be closed as such topics are not allowed here.

Moved to the cable mmds board.

Please ask for instructions there on how to view paid for tv or free via your pc only.

Chorus is a subscription service. In order to receive it, you need a chorus set top box and viewing card. The viewing card and box are paired too each other and you are not supposed to insert the viewing card into another box. You are also only supposed to use chorus supplied equipment to receive it (ie. the set top box they give you). Also, I doubt that the TV card you have in your PC supports viewing cards anyway, and AFAIK "DVB" cards support satellite only (could be wrong though). And when you say dish, is this an actual dish or is it a wire mesh grid aerial?

If you want to get chorus through your PC (to record programmes for example) then a video capture card is probably the best way.
