LOL, Sky One used to be my choice of tv channel. Now I find myself sitting back and watching discovery channel and animal planet instead of watching the tripe that they air on there now.

Just take a look at all the anti-terrorist courses etc that sprung up in the states post 9-11, do people really think they can take out a car bomb?? It's nuts, trying to gain some illusion of control over these events

You gotta love those anti terrorist parachutes that were on sale though.

I would like to know how to survive ANY STREET encounter though..... are they doing a show on that?

My Tae Kwon Do instructor spent 20 minutes with us going over various ways to handle somebody with a knife in a street fight. And we were like, does this stuff really work? And he said of course not. You just run like hell. :)

If someone is in my house trying to rob my house I'm going to just empty my pockets and get out the window and call the guards. If he grabs some cash then he won't see any need to burn the place down or stab me.

Didn't get to see this the first time round, but managed to see most (friggin well fell asleep during the last 20minutes) of it last night. Now while Sky are big and particularly with the likes of this on sensationalism, I thought it was quite good actually. Some of the scenarios and advice, Chris Ryan gave were interesting. Definately gonna watch the next one.

Btw, Blitz Molloy sound advice, I only hope you live alone!!!
