using a memory pen or burning it to dvd's would be the quickest. Or you could put the hard drive into the pc and then copy them over.

Or setup a small office network using network cables and transfer the files via cable?

Ok cheers, but how do we do that??? We tried putting network cables into the machines but nothing happened.

see if the machine comes up in network neighbourhood once you've connected the two machines?

I'd say burning to DVD would be the fastest though.

Direct link between the machines using network cable. Needs to be a crossover cable. Manually configure the ip address e.g. 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.2 and join the same workgroup. Restart both computers. Share the files then copy across.

Take the HDD out of one, and put it in the other machine if you are able.

thats it in a nut shell ^

Windows XP has a small office network wizard which you can run if you have XP.
