I've noticed the Canon Outlet on ebay are starting to do lenses now. The cameras they do are usually slightly older models but you see a few G6's thrown in every now and then. there's some good bargains there.

i emailed them, and they told me they couldn't ship to Ireland as they use city link. Has anyone here actually bought from them?

They were going to ship to me before, but there was a big rigmarole about me living in Ireland. In the end I cancelled the order because every time I asked a question I got the exact same response!
Might be best to get it shipped to someone you know in the UK.

or alternatively... Kea Photo. Ships from Hong Kong, 3 day fedex with no duty. Got a few bits off him, all great transactions. Good saving on the retail over here. Does a good range of stuff... Canon, Nikon, Tamron, Sigma, Kenko extension tubes, accessories..
