Advice on returning stuff to Dabs?

    Hey Guys, I bought this from dabs a few days ago. Delivery was pretty quick and price was great so i was very impressed. However the unit would not install. At first I thought it was a drivers issue but i contacted hercules and they said that it might be faulty so I should return it. Can anyone advise as how I should do this? How does this usually work? I really want another one asap so should I just buy another one on my credit card and then return this one and get a refund?

    Whatever you do, use the phone. Dabs are TERRIBLE for their email support. I have first hand experience of this. Also tell them that Hercules said to return it.

    Can you return it to Hercules directly? I think they're in France.

    Thanks. I can't find a phone number for them, do you know where I can find it?

    I went through the returns thing on their website and they said to return it to hercles directly, but won't this take longer and be messy? I just want a refund so I but another one... Do I have to pay for postage? I think they should collect it as it is faulty.
