Letters of acceptance, anyone?

Is your CAO course acceptance receipt a form of proof of admission to UCD, or does one require a letter from the actual college? I thought a printout from the CAO site saying DN-XYZ accepted would be sufficient proof of admission, can anyone fill me in on what's proof of admission?

Why do you need one as long as they gave you a acceptance receipt? U a international student and need that for visa or sth?

ucd will be sending you out a letter telling you when and where to be, on that day bring either your passport and date of birth and make sure you have paid your 838.50 or it's around 50 euro if you have a grant in advance and that you have a receipt for this. You will also probably receive an acceptance letter from the CAO aswell.
