Hi, recording onto DVDminus for a friend - only problem she is heading to Oz with it...will it work over there or will there be problem with region codes etc...? thanks for your help!!

not unless you actually put a region code on the disc

Also, Oz uses the PAL broadcasting system, just like us (25 frames a second). Hence, as angelofdeath said the only obstacle could be one you accidentally create yourself. That's assuming the player your friend is planning on using over there has doesn't prefer DVD+ over DVD-.
