Gigs in Marley Park

I went to the friday and saturday. I got a free ticket for friday. I dont think anybody paid for a ticket, Everyone i was talking to either got there ticket off the radio or from there friends who work at the different news papers.
I tought friday was ok. Ive seen Chemical bros four times now and i didnt think they done anything special. JLC was good but i felt really old in that tent and im only 24. I didnt have to stand in line for toilets or bar. It was a good night

Saturday was a great day, Just got there for the start of Mylo. I think it was just after Mylo the place was starting to get packed. The Q at the bar was crazy but i wasnt drinking so i didnt mind. But friends of mine where and they were Queing for half an hour to get a drink and to use the toilets. A big difference from the friday night. Thank god i wasnt drinking. I have seen Underworld a few times, but saturday was the best ive seen them. Maybe it was because the sun was out and the crowd where really up for it. But it was really amazing. Im not a big fan of Basement Jaxx, But they got the crowd going as usual.

All in all it was a weekend.

Went both nights thought the first night was good, great atmosphere and loads of offers of parties after. thought chemical brother were excellent. went on the trampolenes and got in a mess but good fun.

The trick to getting beer without queueing is to bring up the girl sweets andd get chatting then all i had to do was text them when i wanted beer and they met me at the end of the tent - no waiting. Had a mental weekend going straight through from friday night until half six sunday morning without sleep but paying for it now.
