    hi,
    This is a bit of a female issue!
    I've forgotton to take my pill after taking the 7 day break, i.e I was supposed to start taking it again last Thursday but haven't taken it so far. Anyone know if it is ok to just start taking it again??

    Yes start taking them again now. For at least a week you need to use another form of contraception - condom. If over those 7 days you come to the end of a pack, start a new one straight away, don't leave a break.

    This info should be in the booklet that you get with your pill packet so read that and it'll tell you what to do should you miss a pill. That, or give your doctor a ring, just to be certain.
