    Go to www.earth.google.com and dl the program, then show u where u live :) . I have seen this before but they only ever had maps for The USA. This one has for a few countrys all around the world including dublin. The detail is really amazing :).

    There was a website that did this in the past, terraserver I think it was called. This one doesnt go outside d suburbs of Dublin so my house is about 500m from the edge of the photo part. Ah well.

    pink shows up for me as well when i try to look at dublin

    the southside past ballsbridge is blurry, but the northside is fine.

    i guess they're waiting for updated aerial maps of the area.

    and yeah, cool, but old news by now.

    Mine too - Howth is missing. I find it sh*t TBH. Waaaaay too many areas missing.

    I like the DTO Journey Planner. When you zoom in it will show a satellite image.
    The downsides are that it is slow, sometimes down (the backend seems to be down ATM) and you can only get satellite images when zoomed right in.
    I think that the images are older than used on Google Earth.

    BTW, the backend is run my MapFlow.com who provide the same backend for MyHome.ie.

    LOL, u cant spell properly* either. Its really not hard. U just use the mouse really, drag the globe around and then zoom in with your scroll wheel :)
