    hi,

    i was just wondering if anyone know a site what has info on the law about reading private mail that is not intended for you. or if anyone has any info on it that would be great,

    if snail mail there are some laws againts it ie protection of privacy stuff but mostly from an posts side of the story as for email its open teratory the net is not governed by anyone unless its a office LAN then its down to administrator rules but which have no bearing in court of law

    unless the mail says strictly private and confidental and in case of email has enclosed files ie the perpratrator has been give two chances not to go any further then im sure there is something in respect to right of privacy otherwise just nut the person
