The Bar

I took my sister to the bar. She was underage, and excited by the prospect.
I bought her a half litre of Spanish lager and asked her about herself. It was
a conversation about common ground: school, parents and growing up. We
surprised each other with our insights. Then we went back to the room. My
Dad was mad. We didn't care.
