The ULTIMATE day

Ok here's the deal. Me and some friends are trying to organise the ULTIMATE day before school starts back for 6th year. We've already discussed Viking Splash Tour, Paintball, good lunch, Dalkey island and a big party (possibly with bouncing castle). We're limited to the Dublin - Wicklow area.

My question is : any suggestions to make this day any more ULTIMATE?

Party barge is on the Grand Canal. I assume its just a piss up.

Party Limo is a gig on wheels! it has a band and 35 seats and a privat bar. it picks u up at 7:30, drives u round, u can stop off in lotsa diff pubs and it taxis u to each, then it drops u off at 11:30 and u get free into the choice of nightclubs.
