Nissan Navara ad music

I just saw an ad for the Navara jeep on ITV, it was accompanied by a piece of music which seems very familar but I can't place it. The music sounds like something from a Spaghetti Western. The same music has been used on numerous other ads and TV programmes incl Top Gear. Anyone know what it is?

I just found out what the music is so decided to post it here in case anyone's interested. It is from a Sergio Leone spaghetti western as I suspected. It's from For a Few Dollars More and is called Resa Dei Conti.
