Anything related to online shopping/auctions will fit here.
Its just that eBay is by far the largest online auctions site, and there are many parts of it which people don't understand and have questions about.
Also, there are several generic online shopping threads going at the moment.
ie- Custom tax, Courier info, Some generic online shopping resources, and the ineviatable 'Fist post, wh00t!'
