    just got ntl 3mb broadband package installed last fri. free for three months and then we shall move to 2mb. fast as fook be it compared to ibb disgraceful ripwave product. when i rang to cancel ripwave all he asked was why i cancelled.i was hoping for an argument.no such luck.just "thanks very much,see ya later".dissapointed was i :cool:

    Yeah they don't argue anymore. :( When I cancelled IOL I wanted an arguement and didn't get one. The sad thing is you can't use "I'll bring my business elsewhere" as a threat because they say "ok". It leaves you powerless.

    They don't try to keep customers anymore. That means they have no need to care about how they treat people.
