remote desktop

    Hi all,

    Can anyone suggest programs for using remote desktop over broadband connect, I have msn messenger but most of the time it doesnt work,

    If you're using windows XP, "remote desktop" is very very good (think this may only come with the pro version as a default install....check the microsoft site). IMHO, it's the best piece of software to come out of MS. There are other programs too like VNC (google "tight vnc").

    If it doesn't come with your system, you can download it here. It works with Windows 95, Windows 98 and 98 Second Edition, Windows Me, Windows NT 4.0, or Windows 2000. (This is the same version of the client software as in Windows XP Service Pack 1.).

    I could never get MS Remote Desktop to work...

    I use LogMeIn.com instead. and its FREE and very good.
