The XBox is big, heavy and horrible and I want to change it. Anyone know of any sites that make different cases for it, or has anyone put their xbox's innards into another case?

Anyone got any ideas as to go about doing it?

not smaller but defo space saving

i put the xbox motherboard and powersuppy into a pc case

plan was to have the xbox and the pc in the 1 case
-the xbox dvd-rom and the pc dvd burner at the front
-the 2 hard drives side by side, no reason just cool
-the cross over cable joining the 2 network ports with just a small loop of network cable out the back of the case
-the xbox av cable + usb tv tuner + internal usb2 port all inside

so i would have a full pc and xbox in the 1 case and be able to play xbox games on the pc screen.
also be able to copy games from the xbox dvd to the hard drive of the pc over the internal network then burn them to dvd for backups with just one system

anyway i lost interest after a while cause it looked like ass so make sure to dismantel everything very carefully cause you will probably be putting it back together someday

that's a great idea. since the 360 is on the way i'd say its no harm to gut one as they'll be so cheap to buy and replace now.

having your pc and xbox in one case...... interesting.

its easy enough you just bolt the motherboard to the case's removable panel, and the power supply to the roof, you just need raisers and a nut to fit them, and a drill.

note pc tv tuners have a very bad picture for xboxs

if you put all games on laptop drive and remove dvd drive you can drop the height considerably...

Either the camera can't take a good picture (lighting probably at fault) or the guy can't spray paint properly.
